Lazy Man's Michigan Preview

Since there are a plethora of quality Michigan football blogs out there, it didn't seem to make a lot of sense to rehash what they do each week. I am pretty sure I wouldn't out work them, provide any unique insight or uncover some forgotten piece of intel. I mean really, how many times can you review Bowling Green?

So with that said, I will give you the Lazy Man's Michigan Preview by providing links to all the sites that put in the work to bring you a preview each week. The answer is yes, it's very much like how I got through college.

Fine then, I'll provide a few key things I'd like to see out of the Wolverines each week, aside from the obvious W. Happy?

Bowling Green PS Things To Look For:

Offense: Another productive week out of the running backs. Brian at MGoBlog mentioned it in the UFR, Shaw has established himself as the clear #1 and V. Smith doesn't seem to have the same burst he did last year. I'd like to see Cox, Hopkins or Toussaint get some PT.

Defensive: Just stop someone! I get the bend but don't break approach, I do. But we broke too much last week against an FCS team. That's not good. I think we'll see better linebacker play this week, which will make Michigan fans happy.

Special Teams: Make two FG's in a row. That's all. Hopefully we won't have to kick two, but if we do make both of them. That's it. We're going to need those FG's come Big Ten time.

So on with the Bowling Green Previews:

Brian at MGoBlog continues his fascination with Taylor Lewan and donkies in his preview.

Go Blue Michigan Wolverine has a two-fer with their game preview in which they would like to see the second team O and expect the D to be pissed off. And as they do each week give us their predictions.

MGoFootball has a friendly chat with the enemy.

Maize and Blue Nation
has a nice side-by-side stat comparison in its preview.

Maize N Brew
has a OMG Shirtless BG player and a pie chart. Yes a pie chart. In their preview.

The M Zone
gives you a cultural look at this week's enemy.

The Wolverine Blog looks at the numbers.

UMGoBlog believes the Wolverines got a wake up call last week and shouldn't have a problem this week, in its preview.
