Quick Buck Thursday: Rounding in Week 7

NIU was my flopped nut straight.

Unit Roll - 32 Units

The Huskies saved the day last week as the evening games went to shit with UCF losing it's first ATS game and Georgia losing every player on the two-deep due to injury and barely escaping Knoxville. But, how about those Ball St and Rice money lines? Vegas here I com...oh wait.

Week 7

Nebraska -14.5 @ Purdue - 2 Units
Road favorites are a thing this week. But Purdue is not only 1-4 ATS, but they are Purdue. It's just a rough year for the Boilers. and I am heartless enough to take full advantage of the situation. So much so that I'm ignoring that Big Red is a horrible 1-8-1 ATS in their last 10 road games.

Central Michigan @ Ohio -17.5 - 2 Units
Look I'm not advocating watching this game. Watching Ohio is like watching paint dry. They are so MAC hipster (all defense, boring offense. Basically the anti-MACtion) it's gross. The Chips are just 1-5 ATS on the year. Where Ohio is 4-1. This is a tailor-made blowout. And if you're feeling randy toss a little cheddar on the under 53.5.

Kent St @ Ball St -14 - 5 Units
Going back to the well here. Can Ball State fill NIU's shoes? I believe they can. They are 5-1 ATS this year, 3-0 ATS at home. Kent is 2-5-1 ATS in their last 8 road games and are struggling in year one with out Darell Hazell at the helm. Everything that CMU @ Ohio isn't, this game is. Take the Cardinals and enjoy the victory.

(15) Baylor -17.5 @ Kansas St - 1 Unit
Yes it's Baylor's first road game. But that's why its just one unit and quite honestly I don't think it matters. K-State is going to try and slow the game down so the over may be in jeopardy, but the Wildcats will have no answer for the Baylor Offensive Death Machine and the Bears defense is good enough to stop a one dimensional KSU offense.

New Mexico @ Wyoming -15.5  - 1 Unit
Yes it's another three score spread. But Wyoming should bounce back after their bad outing at Texas St. Wyoming is better than UNLV offensively, a team that can't win on the road yet won in New Mexico, and they play better defense. Not to mention the Cowboys are 4-1 ATS on the year.

The Baylor Bears Bonus Over of the Week
(9) Texas A&M @ Mississippi - Over 75.5

Since we included Baylor above (and like I said I think the over is in jeopardy because Bill Snyder is a warlock) let's go back to the SEC where defense is a premium. Two teams with good to great offenses and kinda crappy defenses. It's a showdown between Johnny Football and Dr. Bo Wallace. Enjoy the fireworks in this one.

The Bob Drake "I need another teaser team to get me to that 21-teamer" Double Bonus Over of the Week
Buffalo @ Western Michigan - Over 52

Since Buffalo did such a nice job for us last week, we'll bring them back for an encore. Buffalo, like Baylor, hasn't missed an over yet. And Western is terrible at football. Also I thought it would be nice to showcase their sweep of the directional Michigan schools on their schedule (they don't play Central).
